Combyne Email Forwarding is an optional feature you can opt into and use with Combyne Capture to automatically add trade documents to your Combyne account.
When you sign-up for this feature, we will create a unique email for you that you, your employees, or your grain buyers can use to send Contracts, Load Tickets, or Settlement documents directly to your Combyne app. Documents forwarded to your Combyne email will be automatically scanned and uploaded to your account for review.
Using Combyne Email Forwarding
Using Combyne Email Forwarding is very simple! After your email address has been provided to you by the Combyne customer success team or your grain marketing advisor you can then send emails to that address from any email service you use.
Forwarding Emails
If you receive a trade document via email as an attachment you can forward that email to your Combyne Forwarding Email address to have it uploaded and processed with the Combyne Capture feature.
Sending New Emails
New emails with trade documents attached can also be sent to your Combyne account using the Combyne Email Forwarding feature. To do this, draft a new email and address it to your Combyne Forwarding Email and attach any documents you want to be uploaded to your Combyne account.
Tip: The email address created for the Combyne Email Forwarding Feature can be shared with buyers or employees so they can add documents to your Combyne account on your behalf without being required to log in to Combyne. |
Document Requirements
When forwarding trade documents to your Combyne account using Combyne Email Forwarding, you will need to ensure the following requirements are met:
- The documents must be attached as a PDF or an image file.
- Individual contracts, load tickets, or settlements need to be separate files.
- Up to 10 document attachments can be uploaded in one forwarded email.
The Combyne Email Forwarding address operates as a "no reply" email and you will not be able to access the messages sent to the email or respond to messages using the email address.
