The Crop Details tab in Copilot is where you can see a more detailed overview of all the commodities, sold percentage, and other crop marketing profile details across all the farm businesses associated with your Copilot account.

Adding Crops
Adding crops in Copilot can be done from the navigation bar using the Add ‘+’ icon, the Crop Details tab, Client Profile pages, or by farmers using their Combyne account. If you are adding crops on behalf of farm businesses, then use this guide to set up and add the total marketable crop for any commodity as needed.
Using the navigation bar and Add + icon
The navigation bar from anywhere in Copilot will let you quickly select options to add a Contract or Offer. Simply click on the Add ‘+’ icon and choose the Add Crop option.

Using the Client Profile page
You can also add a crop to a specific farm business by first navigating to the Client List tab and selecting the appropriate client profile. On the Client Profile page you can then select the + Add Crop button. Adding a crop from this page will ensure the Client (Seller) field is prefilled with the appropriate client details.

You can also add a crop to a specific farm business by first navigating to the Crop Details tab List and then select the + Add Crop button.

- Select + Add Crop.
- Select the Client (Seller) that you want to assign the crop to.
- Select the Crop Year.
- Select the Commodity.
- Complete crop detail:
- Harvested crops — If you select a previous crop year or the harvested option for the current crop year, then you will need to complete crop details like On Farm Quantity, Unit of measurement, and any desired dockage or shrinkage estimates.
- Projected crops — If you select a future crop year or the projected option for the current crop year, then you will need to complete crop details like Acres, Projected Yield/Acre, and Unit of measurement.
- Select Save Crop.
After saving the crop, you’ll be taken to the corresponding Client Profile page and the crop details will be displayed for you to review.
