Navigation

Navigating through Copilot is fast and easy. You will always be able to access the Main Menu and navigation bar from any page in Copilot. 

Main Menu

The main navigation menu can be found on the left side of the Copilot web page and accessed through the three line icon which also allows you to collapse or show the navigation menu.

• Overview page — This is the starting home page for Copilot where you can get a quick glance at the different marketed positions of all your clients' crops or commodities.
• Crop Details — Find a summary of all your client’s crop information in Crop Details. Use this section when you want to start at a specific crop, and find more information based on the commodity you are viewing.
• Client List — A breakdown of your client’s farm businesses, contact details, and assigned advisors. Use this section if you want to find information associated with a specific client, add client notes, view a client’s individual marketed position, or generate client reports.
• Documents — A list of all documents, like Contracts or Offers, for your clients that can be filtered by crop, status, type, or client. Use this section when you want to find a client’s document, review documents in the Document Inbox, or add new Contracts or Offers.
• Document Inbox — Directly access any trade documents uploaded using Combyne Capture in Copilot or by a client using the Combyne app. Use this section to upload new documents or review previously uploaded documents.
• Manage Team — This page is for Copilot Admin users to assign clients or manage team members, and is only visible to Copilot Admins or Owners.

Navigation Bar

When logged into Copilot you will always be able to see the top navigation bar. In addition to accessing the main menu or logging out, the navigation bar includes the add anywhere icon that will let you add a Contract, Offer, or Crop from any page in Copilot.

Overview

This is the starting home page for Copilot where you can get a quick glance at the different marketed positions of all your clients' crops or commodities.

Aggregate Crops

The Aggregate Crops section of the Overview page gathers all the crop details from your clients and shows you a marketed position for that aggregate crop quantity based on the documents added for each client.

The different total marketable crop profiles will be updated automatically as client information is changed. This includes any updates to a client’s crop quantities or when new Contracts or Offers are added. This view allows you to see the consolidated total of each commodity when multiple clients hold the same crop. 

In each total marketable crop profile you will see:

• Crop Stage, shown as either Harvested or Projected.
• Crop Year.
• Total Marketable Crop quantity, shown in bushels or metric tonnes.
• Sold Position, shown visually as a percentage and as a quantity based on contract type. [Learn more about the different sold position categories on the Crop Profiles article here.]
• The available quantity of the crop for future sales as Unsold amounts.

Items to Review

The Items to Review section of the Overview page allows you to quickly navigate to important documents and files that require more information or review. Use this area to quickly access the following:

• Documents Ready for Review — This option will take you to the Document Inbox where Contract or Offer files uploaded using Combyne Capture can be reviewed and saved. Combyne Capture automates data entry for documents uploaded by advisors or clients.
• Unpriced Contracts — This option will take you directly to the Documents > Contracts page in Copilot and set the document filters to show Unpriced Contracts.
• Untriggered Offers — This option will take you directly to the Documents > Offers page in Copilot and set the document filters to show Untriggered Offers.
