Adding a new client farm can be done by navigating to the Client List section of Copilot and clicking the gold Add New Farm button.
When adding a new farm, you will need to enter the following information:
- Farm Name — Enter the farm or business name for your client.
- Farm Location — Locations are verified using Google Maps, so enter the closest town or city instead of an exact street address.
- Advisor Details — Admin or Owner Copilot accounts can assign an advisor from your Copilot team. This step is optional and can be completed at a later time. Advisors creating a new farm will be automatically assigned as the farm's advisor.
- Contact Details — Add contact information for your client. Farms can have multiple contacts. This step is optional and can be completed at a later name. When adding a contact, a first name, and last name are required. Contact details like an email address or phone number are optional.
Note: Contacts with an email address added will receive any scheduled reports.
After all required information has been completed, select Save Client to complete adding a new farm.
