Use the trade document integration to import your contracts, load tickets, and settlements directly into your Combyne account from grain buyers you already do business with. This allows you to avoid all the manual data entry and add documents to your Combyne account so you can easily see your marketed position, track delivery progress through load tickets, and monitor your cash flow through contracts and settlements.
Follow these steps to connect any supported grain buyer.
Log in to your Combyne account through the app or by visiting combyne.ag in your web browser, select your profile, and go to Account Settings. Then select Integrations.
On the Integrations page, choose Connect with Grain Buyers. You will then be presented a list of supported grain buyers that you can choose to connect to your Combyne account. Find the buyer you want to connect with and select Connect.
On screen instructions will guide you through the next steps. You will be required to verify your buyer account with your phone number. When you’re ready, select Start Importing Documents.
You will be prompted to verify your accounts using your phone number and a verification code sent via text.
Currently Combyne supports grain buyers who use Bushel Powered systems to securely connect and share trade documents.
Add your phone number and follow the on screen instructions to enter the verification code.
Once entered you will then need to select any individual accounts you want to authorize to share data with Combyne. Select all the checkboxes that apply and click Submit.
After submitting your authorization, you will see a confirmation screen where you can select Return to Combyne. Click that button when ready.
You will be brought back to the Connect with Grain Buyers screen in Combyne.
Your integration with the selected buyer is now complete. You will see any buyers you authorize listed as a Connected Grain Buyer. You can select and authorize other buyers if you wish.
Any new documents created by your connected buyers will now be imported automatically into your Document Inbox for review. To access these documents, first select Files and then select Document Inbox.
You can then use the Review button to see the document details, as shown below:
Once you review the documents and update any details, you can Save the document to apply it to the crop marketing profile of your choice.
